November was a turbulent month for the Top 50 branded Facebook fan pages, with lots of growth in the morningong the giants and an unusual level of movement in the bottom half of the chart.
Using their home field advantage,Facebookincreased their grip on the number one spot, adding 5 million fans since,T. which is more than many one these top pages have cumulatively.

Having just watched the Spring-Summer 2011 Mens Burberry Prorsumrunway show live right here on the blog (click on the huge banner on the right), I am pretty convinced I got the Burberry Explorer Leather Tote in Sage. Available for sale right now (yes, you’re reading it right), it retails forGBP895.
Besides being large and roomy, I love that gradation on the leather which was achieved using vegetable oils which also gives it a deep and rich finish. I’m also a sucker for bags that can be carried more than one way and this gorgeous tote certainly fits the bill. Wear it over the shoulder with the shorter top handle, or across the body with the long shoulder strap.
Love.
And if Sage (or Tan) is not your thing, they also have it in Black.
Another bag that’s more cute than anything else in my books is theBurberry Canvas Explorer Crossbody (like a messenger of sorts). Styled like something you would bring on a safari (and hence the theme of the season Protect, Explore, Inspire) it retails for GBP595.designer Handbags

As promised, here are more updates from the Burberry April Showers collection. For the 3 items featured in the previous post; they retail forSGD425, SGD725 and SGD300 for the umbrella, sling bag and mirror keyring respectively.
And even though they are not commonplace in Singapore I have seen ladies in wellies whenever there’s a morning downpour. Available in 4 different colour trims including Red (shown above), Purple, Yellow and Green they retail for SGD380 a pair. Other items in the collection include a tote bag in 2 sizes (SGD1125 and SGD975), wallets (SGD725 andSGD340 depending on the size) and a coin purse for SGD275.

London Fashion Week shifted gear this afternoon as Burberry Prorsum came to town. Chelsea College of Art provided the location of the hottest ticket of the week and the most stellar front row. Kate Hudson rubbed shoulders with Kristen Stewart while a gang of burly bouncers blockaded any photographs of the pair (er, why go to a fashion show if you don’t want your photo taken?). Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were more obliging as was Alice In Wonderland star Mia Wasikowska and Hollywood hottie Claire Danes. The fashion pack were out in force with American Vogue editrix Anna Wintour making her first appearance (and likely her last), of the week, with French Vogue’s Carine Roitfeld and super-snapper Mario Testino were also front row.
The collection itself (beamed live around the globe in 3D), was a beautiful mix of tailored shearling jackets and sleek satins which had the crowd longing for Autumn. No doubt the waiting list for the shearling stiletto ankle boots will be longer than the catwalk.

And so London Fashion Week comes to an end for another season, blub. But the final day of shows and parties did not disappoint with the starriest crowd yet turning out to catch a glimpse of the new collections, and a stellar bunch partying late into the night at a whole host of glamorous soirees dotted around the capital. The glitziest of the night was without doubt the Love Ball hosted by Harper’s Bazaar magazine and Russian model Natalia Vodianova at London’s Roundhouse in aid of Natalia’s children’s charity, The Naked Heart Foundation. Kate Moss, Rosie Huntingdon-Whitely, Stella McCartney, Julia Restoin-Roitfeld, Alice Dellal, Lily Collins and designers Diane von Furstenberg and Donna Karan all came out to show their support, while Razorlight frontman Johnny Borrell, Matthew Williamson, fashion snapper Mario Testino and hottie David Gandy turned out for the boys. Leona Lewis (who wowed in her second William Tempest dress of the week) provided the night’s entertainment, performing a succession of her hits for the star-studded throng. Last night also saw Selfridges, Alice Temperley and Disney host a fashion week party to celebrate the impending release of Tim Burton’s Alice In Wonderland. Cool London rockers New Young Pony Club and Hole frontwoman Courtney Love performed in front of the stylish guests, who included Lola Lennox, Jade Jagger, Emilia Fox and, bizarrely, Guns N’ Roses’ Slash. As for the shows, Burberry Prorsum, unsurprisingly, drew the most A-list crowd yet with Hollywood starlets and global style icons mingling to catch a first peek of the brand’s autumn/winter 2010 collection. Kate Hudson, Claire Danes, the Olsen twins, Mia Wasikowska (the lead star of the upcoming Alice In Wonderland) and Twilight’s Kristen Stewart were all spotted perched on the front row, along with American Vogue editrix Anna Wintour, who flew in especially, and her French counterpart Carine Roitfeld (see all the front row pictures from Burberry here).
